One of our most active sites (it does very impressive numbers), and one with specific security requirements, the Centre for Research and Evidence on Security Threats is the UK’s hub for behavioural and social science research into security threats.

We took over the site for Lancaster University in 2021 and promptly moved the site from WordPress into a more suitable content management system whilst revamping the design and architecture. 

The results were pretty darn good:

The Lighthouse scores for the site went from pretty average to 100s across the board.

The Mozilla Observatory scores which rate various security best practices went from an F to A+.

and within a year user visits to the site had more than doubled. The site continues to perform fanastically well and outdoes many similar organisations with much larger budgets.
